Script:
So, essentially, aside from acquiring a basic profile of the guy, who, from what I gathered, was the type of character most famous actors have played at some point or another on Law and Order, my investigation had made little progress. Hopefully Babs' intel would prove more helpful, I thought, as I pushed open the door to Mount Buffalo Mementos. Things are a little crazy now, Brandy, Babs said as she bagged a pile of postcards, t-shirts, refrigerator magnets, and fleck of gold in a bottles for a small group of visiting senior citizens. That'll be $53.80, hun, she said, accepting the credit card held out by the group's matriarch and handing the bag to her husband. How about stopping by when I close, then we can walk over to my house? This way we can sit down and talk over some tea and goodies like civilized people.

Our humble beginnings may have signified that a struggle was underway for me, but my parents could not have imagined the eventual life of deception and trouble that I would live. I hope the words I've written, the memories, and the lessons within them will have a powerful effect on the lives of all who read and hear them, those involved, and those who have made similar choices and are looking for a way out. This is my life, my journey, and now my message.

Slowly, almost tenderly, he reached out and placed the palm gently on her stomach. As if on cue, the baby began to move and jerk about, responding to his touch. Isaac and Tara smiled at each other as he retracted his hand. Did you feel that? Tara asked him. I sure did. That's amazing. Wonderful. Tara cried out as her tummy contorted into a different shape.

Script:
I stopped drinking in my mid or late 20s. I was 45. That drive home was silent. I didn't want to talk. I didn't want to cry. I didn't want to process any of it. I shut down emotionally. I was numb. I allowed myself to exist in the grief of it all for a while. I went through the motions of cardiac rehab and physical therapy, but my spirit wasn't in it. My body was healing, but my heart, both physically and spiritually, felt shattered.

Script:
Fitting in was a necessity of life. Everybody wants to feel like part of their community. Even though I always had a community of friends and family, and I was never alone, lonely, or completely isolated, just like most people, I've gone through many transitions in life, each one presenting new ways to fit in.
