Cheri's mantra as a voiceover actor is to "Inform, Inspire, Influence, and Impact" her listeners. As a former educator and administrator, her voice was used to “inform,” gain buy-in, evoke paradigm shifts, and incite action from teachers, students, parents, and community business partners. Her distinctive vocal personality continues to captivate, engage, and compel diverse audiences of all ages, not only to hear and believe her message(s), but most importantly, to respond in incredible numbers with positive action. From the age of five years old and throughout her young adult years, Cheri became known and requested as a public speaker in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Her dynamic performances left people wanting more, in awe of her gift of memory and expressive communication. She used her vocal abilities as she currently does in voice over projects to “inspire,” motivate, and prompt a desired behavior from target audiences by "bringing words to life," helping listeners relate and commit to her message(s). From sales experience as a teen selling Girl Scout cookies and college co-ed selling designer clothes in high-end retail stores to professional years coaching and mentoring novice teachers entering the education field, Cheri's ability to express herself authentically and evoke emotion from listeners led to her becoming a vocal presence of “influence.” Chéri’s voice "sparked an interest, incited curiosity, and had a lingering effect" which created a memorable impression that continues to magnetize, influence, and sustain audience attention in present day. Living a life of community service through volunteerism and community outreach with her church, non-profit organizations, and public schools, Cheri’s public speaking engagements and narration projects continue to serve as a vigorous catalyst and megaphone to “impact,” promote effective change, bless others, and make a positive difference in the lives of those who hear her voice.
