This supports the head and prevents neck pain. Check hips are level. Knees pointing forwards. Keep pelvis tucked under torso. Check steps are of equal length. Don't tilt your head to one side. Hold it straight. Don't slump your shoulders. Don't strike the ground with your toe first. Use your heel first. Then feel the pressure roll towards the balls of your feet. Then push off your toes.

Xanaflex, commonly known as tizanidine, is a muscle relaxer. It works by blocking nerve impulses that are sent to your brain. It's a short-acting medication that should be taken only for daily activities that require relief from muscle spasticity. You should not take tizanidine if you're also taking fluvoxamine or ciprofloxacin. Clinically significant differences in absorption are expected between capsules and tablets when taken with or without food. These differences could result in changes in efficiency and tolerability. Once a formulation is decided on and a decision is made to take with or without food, this regimen should not be altered.
